On the outskirts of Es Pujols and about 200 m from the beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

The complex, consisting of Paya I (24 apartments) and Paya II (16 apartments and eight studios), offers a reception. The pool is located in the Paya II building section.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a resort fee, is to be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
