Located on a cliff plateau directly by the sea. The town beach and the center are approximately 800 m away. A supermarket is opposite the complex. Regular bus connections to Ibiza town (approx. 16 km) are available.

The hotel welcomes its guests in an appealing lobby with a reception. The spacious outdoor area features a freshwater pool facing the sea with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, and a pool bar/snack bar.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also feature a separate bedroom and are more spacious (S2). Room size approx. 30 m².

These are equipped with bath/shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini-fridge, telephone, microwave, safe, flat-screen TV, and a balcony or terrace (D). Room size approx. 29 m². Also available with sea view at an additional charge (DM).

Privilege Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the suites, these have also been renovated and offer a private terrace (approx. 20m²) with a whirlpool and Balinese beds (SPM).

With the same amenities as the suites, these have been renovated and can be booked as swim-up rooms with access to the communal pool (2SU).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
