Directly on the sandy beach of Talamanca Bay. Ibiza town is about 2 km away and the popular marina is approx. 250 m away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.

Facilities

The hotel offers 106 rooms spread across 5 floors, a lobby with a reception and a lounge overlooking Talamanca Bay, an elevator, a lounge with a TV corner, a bar, and a large restaurant. Outside, there is a pool with a separate children's pool offering sea views, sun loungers with cushions, and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar with a terrace.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
