Location

The hotel is located in the marina of Alcudia, directly on the sea with direct access to the beach. The nearest towns to the hotel are: Alcudia (3 km), Pto Alcudia (200 m) and Sa Pobla (16 km). Nearby the hotel you will find bars/restaurants, supermarkets, the town center and a bus stop.

Facilities

The Alcudiamar Marina Residence has 106 rooms spread over 2 floors. For your comfort, the hotel offers an elevator, air conditioning, a lounge, a lobby, and a reception. The hotel has a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool. Sunshades and sun loungers are available for a fee on the beach and free of charge by the pool. For vehicles, the hotel has parking (for a fee).
The restaurant spoils our guests with local, seasonal dishes, and the hotel bar is a perfect place to round off the day.

Double Room

These are equipped with a telephone, internet access (for a fee), TV (German channels), safe, minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, adjustable air conditioning/heating, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Double Room = Single Room

With the same amenities as a double room for single occupancy (DE).

Sea View Suite

These have the same amenities and additionally offer a separate massage shower, a whirlpool bathtub, a living area (sleeping possibility for the 3rd person) and a kitchenette with microwave and side/direct sea view (S2M).

Super Saver Room

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any special requests regarding amenities and location. Allocation is solely at the discretion of the on-site hotelier (SSZ).

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
