Location

Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. The extensive Alcudia beach is about 300 meters away. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment options is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100 meters from the hotel.

This family hotel of the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a pool landscape newly designed in winter 2025/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (total area approx. 2000 m²). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. At the pool bar "La Palapa" with a seating terrace, where the evening show program also takes place, you can enjoy cool drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Destination Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Solo traveling minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
