The hotel is centrally located in Arenal, just approx. 400 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are nearby. The lively center of Playa de Palma is approx. 1 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 307 rooms in a total of 4 buildings. It consists of the main building (Blue) and 3 annex buildings (Red, Orange, and Green) located in side streets and no more than 50 m away. The main building offers an air-conditioned and spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lift, and a breakfast restaurant. The annex buildings each have a snack/drink vending machine on the ground floor and are all equipped with lifts.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, is payable by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
