On the quieter outskirts of Arenal. The long, fine sandy beach of Arenal and the marina are each approx. 500m away. Numerous shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars are nearby.

Facilities

The air-conditioned hotel has 206 comfortable rooms on 5 floors after extensive renovation. The welcoming lobby with reception offers comfortable seating areas. The pool area and the exclusive rooftop bar with café service, which is open daily from 9 am to 6 pm and offers a magnificent view, have been redesigned. The outdoor area features a modern swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace with loungers.

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
