Location

In the holiday area of Cala Millor, in a quiet location. The beautiful, extensive sandy beach and the center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are about 900 m away.

Facilities

The very attractively designed holiday complex with 220 residential units spread over 3 floors consists of several residential buildings connected by well-kept gardens and paths. The complex offers a friendly lobby with a reception, safes (for a fee), a lounge, bar, and restaurant with a terrace in the main building. Directly next to the main building is the beautiful freshwater pool with an integrated whirlpool and a splash pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a partially covered seating terrace, as well as a pool bar.

Premium Apartment

Additional information

A tourist tax, comparable to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
