Guests can log in with their name, booking number, or arrival date.
Check-in is possible as soon as the booking is registered in the hotel system and a maximum of two days before arrival. This allows the hotel to contact guests and confirm their arrival time. Guests arriving after 10 PM will receive all necessary information for hotel access from the hotel.
If the hotel does not have information for guests arriving after 10 PM, clear instructions will be posted at the hotel entrance.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
