Family resort completely redesigned and elaborately remodeled in winter 2023/24 with 656 renovated and comfortable suites spread across 3 floors in 24 residential blocks. The 3 spacious courtyards feature a swimming pool landscape, a splash pool, and the water park with various exciting water slides (2 of them with size restrictions). Use of this largest water park in the Balearic Islands within a hotel is included for hotel guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included in all pool areas. An exclusive MAGNUS area with its own restaurant is located in one section of the complex. The rest of the hotel complex offers a spacious lobby with reception, a cozy lounge area, a buffet restaurant, McKevitt's Sports Bar à la carte (not included in All-Inclusive; for guests in MAGNUS rooms with a stay of 7 nights or more, one dinner per 7 nights of stay is included. All guests receive a 20% discount on drinks), and a pool/snack bar.

Completely renovated and modernly furnished, consisting of a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom. Equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, rental safe. Balcony or terrace (approx. 30m², code S2). Also bookable with pool view (POS) or as a Baby Suite with equipment suitable for babies and toddlers (OBX).
Also bookable for single occupancy at an extra charge (S1).

The orange and yellow speed slides are only accessible for guests with a minimum height of 150 cm. For the use of the other colored and white slides, a minimum height of 120 cm is required. Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is payable by guests on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
