On a quiet side street, approx. 100 m from the beach. Restaurants, bars, and shopping and entertainment facilities are available in the surrounding area. The center of Palma is approx. 12 km away.
Due to the proximity to the airport, aircraft noise may occur.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
