Renovated and modernly equipped with bath/WC, a living room with dining area, kitchenette, a separate bedroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe (rental), telephone, hairdryer, and balcony (room size approx. 40 sqm). Please note that these apartments are located in the Annex building Universal Laguna Garden, approximately 350 meters away. Guests who have booked an apartment will be dropped off by the transfer bus at the Hotel Laguna (main building) for check-in. The luggage will be transported by the hotel to the Annex building (apartments). Check-out also takes place at Hotel Laguna (main building), but the transfer pick-up will be at Laguna Garden (Annex building).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo traveling minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
