Location

Located near the well-known fine sandy beach "Es Trenc" (shuttle bus included in high season). The beautiful sandy beach "Es Marques", located on the outskirts of the town, is about an 800m walk away. The center of Colonia Sant Jordi with numerous shops and restaurants is only about 500m away.

In this modern and inviting resort hotel with its approx. 58,000 m² grounds, the 395 rooms are spread across 3 floors. Guests can expect a reception, a lobby bar, a pool bar, a buffet restaurant "Es DolC", and an à la carte restaurant "Llevant". In the spacious garden area, there are two pools (one of which can be heated in winter) with two children's pools, a splash pool for children, and a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Additional amenities include a mini-market.

Superior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these also offer a separate living area with a sofa bed. (Room code: SU2). Room size approx. 30 m².

Garden View Suite

Equipped like the Superior Suites, but with additional amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, a minibar (for a fee, first fill included), Smart TV, and free entry to the spa area, plus a small garden with sun loungers on the ground floor. (GS2). Room size approx. 30 m².

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
