Location

Located in the S'Avall nature reserve with 15 km of natural beaches and on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Colonia Sant Jordi. The nearest beach is about 100 m away. The popular natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in about 900 m.

Facilities

The aparthotel offers 100 apartments in two buildings (with three or four floors), separated by a road, an air-conditioned restaurant with terrace, a lounge with bar, and lifts. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large pool landscape with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a whirlpool, a children's pool, and a pool/snack bar.

Breakfast and dinner served as buffets with show cooking and theme nights. There is also a separate children's buffet. 1 x weekly gala dinner and Majorcan buffet. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
