The guesthouse is located in the southwest of Mallorca, in the resort of Paguera, separated from the fine sandy beach only by a promenade. Numerous shops and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity on the Boulevard de Paguera.

Available at an extra charge also with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DE), single occupancy with side sea view (DES).

Single Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and offer a balcony with a side sea view (room size: approx. 16 sqm, room code: E).

Family Room with Side Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and have an extra bed for the third person (FS2).

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
