Location

Centrally located in Paguera, only about 50 m from the fine sandy beach. The popular pedestrian zone with its numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, and entertainment venues is in the immediate vicinity. Palma Airport is about 33 km away.

Facilities

The charming apartment complex has 13 residential units, spread over two floors (no elevator). The facilities include a lobby with a reception and a bar. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

Studio

Equipped with bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe for rent, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, and balcony or terrace (S12).
Also available for single occupancy at an extra charge (S11).

Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these offer a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (A12).

Duplex Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these offer an open-plan bedroom accessible via stairs and a Balinese bed on the sun terrace (DU2). Room size approx. 30 sq m.
Also available for single use at an extra charge (DU1).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (01.11.-30.04.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
