The comfortable family hotel, comprising a main and an adjacent building, offers 359 rooms, many of which have been recently renovated with great care, combining modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building features a spacious lobby with a reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". The extensive garden with old trees houses three new pools with sun terraces, loung sunbeds, umbrellas, and Bali beds, as well as sunbathing lawns, a poolside snack bar, and an adults-only bar. The adjacent building (unrenovated) is accessible via stairs or a lift. The outdoor area of the adjacent building includes another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace offering a fantastic sea view (various areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

Deluxe Double Room

Renovated for Summer 2025, these rooms (approx. 18 sqm) are equipped with bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), ceiling fan, Smart TV, telephone, safe (rental), pool towels, and a balcony or terrace (DD2).
Available for single occupancy at an additional charge (DD1).

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 21 sqm) and feature one or two sofa beds (DAS).

Gold Double Room

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms feature a sofa bed and have a balcony or terrace, but are not renovated (DNR).

Gold Double Room with French Balcony

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms feature a sofa bed and have a French balcony (FBD).

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the adjacent building and are accessible by elevator. They feature a separate bedroom and are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, TV, telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A12).
Also bookable with garden view (A2G) or sea view (2AM).

Garden View Apartment (PMI494)

The apartments are located in the adjacent building (not renovated). They feature a separate bedroom and a living/dining area with a sofa bed and kitchenette, TV, telephone, safe (rental), air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (A2G, room size approx. 35 sqm). Available at an additional charge also with sea view (2AM).

International alcoholic and non-alcoholic premium drinks served from 10 AM to midnight. Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of champagne in their room. Additionally, the safe and pool towels are included. To ensure guests have a pleasant departure, late check-out until 3 PM is included, subject to availability.

Additional information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1 - April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
