Location

Mallorca is a popular island for cycling enthusiasts, and now you can easily book your bike transfer from the airport to the hotel and back through your system at schauinsland-reisen.

Facilities

The bike transfer is possible for all bookings where the customer is traveling in the transfer bus themselves and the bicycle is packed according to the regulations of the respective airline. Special bike bags or bike boxes/cases are suitable for this purpose.
Bookings are made by requesting "H" and "PMIRAD" through your system.
The total cost for the bike transfer is €32.00 per bike/per person for the round trip. The price is independent of the booked hotel.
Transfers cannot be booked for short-notice departures within 7 days of departure.
Upon arrival at the destination, customers collect their checked-in bicycle at the airport and proceed as usual to our colleagues at the schauinsland-reisen counter. There, customers will receive their bus number and directions to the transfer bus. The bicycle will then travel in the luggage compartment of the bus (usually lying down).
Once you have arrived at your destination hotel, you can start your holiday relaxed with your bike.

Note

Bicycle transport is not possible in the following cases:
- Flight only + bike transfer
- Flight only + rental car + bike transfer
- Package booking including rental car from/to airport + bike transfer
- Package booking with private transfer + bike transfer
- Package booking with a finca/city hotel that already includes a rental car from/to the airport or for which we do not offer a regular transfer at all
- Hotel only booking + bike transfer
- Hotel only booking + separate transfer + bike transfer
If there are space issues with the bike transfer due to multiple bikes booked for the same route, an additional bus will be used solely for transporting the bikes.
Not included: Transport insurance. No liability is assumed for transport damage.

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
