Separated from the Son Moll Bay only by the narrow coastal road. The lively center of Cala Ratjada can be reached after a short walk. Here you will find numerous shopping and entertainment facilities. The harbor promenade with its many bars and cafes is particularly inviting for strolling. The airport is approximately 80 km away.

The holiday complex, designed in Majorcan villa style, comprises 195 comfortable residential units spread across the main building and several two-story bungalow buildings (without elevator). Nestled in a spacious, well-maintained garden, the accommodation offers a quiet and relaxing holiday atmosphere. Generous pool areas with separate children's pools, sun terraces, a separate quiet pool, as well as loungers and parasols (beach towels for a deposit, change for a fee) invite you to relax. A pool and snack bar with a seating terrace and a show stage provide enjoyment and entertainment. In the main building, you will find the reception hall with a reception, comfortable seating areas, a TV lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace.
