Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. After approx. 300 m you reach the spacious beach of Alcudia. The town center with numerous shops and entertainment options is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located approx. 100 m from the hotel.

The VIVA chain's family hotel consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a redesigned pool landscape (new for winter 25/26), surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (approx. 2000 m² in total). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. You can enjoy cool drinks in a relaxed atmosphere at the "La Palapa" pool bar with a seating terrace, where the evening show program also takes place.
