Located directly by the sea and on the front line of the tranquil marina. The Es Carregador sandy beach, with its golden sand and crystal-clear water, is only about 100m away. The town center offers several bars, restaurants, and shops and is just a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel was completely renovated in winter 25/26 and offers 77 rooms spread over 5 floors. Facilities include a reception, a restaurant, a bar, and 4 elevators. The beautiful outdoor area, facing the sea, features a lovely swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. The sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas is perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The pool bar serves cool and delicious drinks.
A deposit of €200 in cash or by credit card must be provided upon check-in.

One Bedroom Suite

The rooms are approximately 55sqm, friendly furnished, and equipped with a living room with a sofa bed, separate bedroom, kitchenette, shower/WC, hairdryer, Smart TV, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box (rental fee), and a furnished balcony (OB2). Also available for single occupancy (OBE).

The rooms are approximately 75sqm and are equipped the same as the One Bedroom Suite, but with an additional bedroom (S22). Also bookable with sea view (2ZM).

Destination Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
