Location

Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its walking trails. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily accessible by local bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The tastefully furnished resort consists of a total of 3 hotel complexes. The hotel offers 344 rooms spread across 6 floors, the aparthotel offers 144 apartments across 4 floors, and the Suites building offers 77 suites across 6 floors. The resort features a lobby with a reception, elevators, a lounge with a bar and terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with mature trees offers 3 pools with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in the pre- and post-season), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.

The double rooms are equipped with central air conditioning/heating, safe, minibar (for a fee, upon request), telephone, TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) or with a side sea view (DMS/DES) at an additional charge.

Double Room Superior Side Sea View Upper Floor

Equipped like the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and offer a side sea view (DSO).

Single Room

While equipped the same as the double rooms, these offer a single bed, are smaller, and have a balcony (E).

Junior Suite Side Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of a combined living and sleeping area and are located in the Suites building, additionally equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine (J2S).

With the same amenities as the junior suites, these offer a living area as well as a separate bedroom and a balcony. Room code: MS2.

Apartment

Renovated in winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style. Equipped with a living/sleeping area, a kitchenette (microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, small refrigerator), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are located in the apartment building (A12). Also available with side sea view at an additional charge (2AS).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are available at a reduced price but without a balcony (SSZ).

Additional Information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
