Located in the Playa de Muro holiday area, only approx. 250 m from the long, fine sandy beach with a shallow slope of Playa de Muro. Restaurants, bars, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. A good public bus connection to the port of Alcudia and Can Picafort is located 150m away.

The apartment complex, partially renovated for Summer 2025, comprises a total of 150 units spread across 2 buildings with 4 floors each. It offers a 24-hour reception, a bar, 2 elevators, a lounge, and a restaurant. The outdoor area features 2 pools, sun terraces with loungers and parasols.

These are equipped with bath or shower/WC, sofa bed, kitchenette, air conditioning/heating, safe (for a fee), satellite TV, hairdryer, and balcony or terrace (PX2). Room code AST is only bookable with brunch.

Premium Apartment (PMIB13)

These feature a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the room has air conditioning/heating, a safe (for a fee), telephone, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (2PA). Room code A2I is only bookable with brunch.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo traveling minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
