Location

In a quiet area of Playa de Muro, directly on the lake "Las Gaviotas" and close to the S'Albufera nature reserve. The kilometer-long sandy beach is about 400 m away and separated from the hotel by a main road.
You can reach extensive shopping and entertainment facilities for all ages in about 2 km.

The popular hotel offers 17 studios and 54 apartments spread across three buildings, a 24-hour reception, a buffet restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant with lake views (for a fee). In the beautiful garden area, there is a pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar/snackbar. Pool towels €3/day or €10/week - no deposit.

With the same amenities as the studios, these feature a spacious terrace with a Bali bed. (PX2) Room size approx. 30 m².

Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these also feature a separate bedroom and a shower. (A12) Room size approx. 40 m².

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
