The adults-only hotel is located directly on the popular promenade at Balneario 10 and on the beautiful sandy beach of Playa de Palma. Numerous shops and entertainment options are in the immediate vicinity. The city of Palma is approx. 10 km away.

The hotel, which is very well-rated by guests and part of the popular Iberostar chain, impresses with its elegant style and unbeatable location near the beach and the city. The impressive resort facilities include 217 rooms on 7 floors, a modern lobby with a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a cocktail bar, and a buffet restaurant with a terrace. Outdoors, there is a beautifully landscaped pool area with a terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas for relaxing moments in the sunshine. From the rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and the Sky Bar, our guests can enjoy a magnificent view of the bay.

Double Room

The modern rooms, decorated in light colors, offer comfort with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee machine, and a balcony (room size approx. 20 sqm, room code: D,DA). For an additional charge, rooms with pool view (PD,APD), side sea view (DMS,AMS, DES,EIA), direct sea view (DM,DMA, DEM,AME) or in a preferred location (4th-5th floor, DML/ACO) are also available.

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly larger and offer direct sea views. (Room size 24 sqm, room code: DMU/MSA). For an additional charge, rooms in a preferred location (4th-7th floor) are also available (UC2/C2A).

Double Room Premium Pool View Terrace

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a terrace with sun loungers and a pool view (PPD/RPP). (Also bookable under PMIB69.)

Junior Suite Preferred Location Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these feature a king-size bed and are located on the top floor. (Room size approx. 32 sqm, room code: JBL,PJO). Also available for single occupancy at an additional charge (JBE,PJE).

Junior Suite Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these feature a bathtub, are even more spacious, and are located on the 6th floor (room size approx. 40 sqm, room code: 2JM,UJ2).

Double Room Standard (PMIB69)

These have a balcony or terrace, shower, TV, air conditioning, safe, telephone, and hairdryer.
Available with side sea view (DMS), for single use with side sea view and balcony (DES), or sea view with balcony (DMB).
(Additionally bookable under PMIB69 as Double Room Terrace (DT2)).

Economy Room Type B (PMIB69)

These are generally rooms that may differ in location, size, and amenities from the double rooms. The allocation is at the discretion of the hotelier on-site (SZB).

Double Room Type A (PMIB69)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Double Rooms Type A have a balcony (DA).
Also available as economy rooms (SSX).

Double Room Terrace (PMIB69)

Equipped like the standard double rooms, but with a terrace (DT2).
Also bookable as Economy Room Terrace (SZB).

Additional information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
