Location

Located at Balneario 3, on a side street, not far from the island's main party zone. The fine-grained sandy beach is only about 200 m from the hotel. The well-known "Schinkenstraße", "Bierkönig", "Megapark", as well as numerous other small restaurants, bars, discotheques, and shops are just a few steps away from the hotel and offer something for everyone. Palma, the island's capital, is about 14 km away. A public bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

This adults-only hotel, popular with our guests, offers 91 rooms on 5 floors, a modern lobby with reception and seating areas, a lift, a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a lounge area, and a cozy snack bar. In the well-maintained outdoor area, a swimming pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, and Bali beds invite you to feel good and relax.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
