Located at Balneario 7, approximately 200 m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Entertainment options such as cafes, restaurants, and shops for a stroll are nearby. An excursion to the island capital Palma with its historic old town and magnificent cathedral is always worthwhile. Good bus connections are available approximately 200 m away.

The 4-star hotel, particularly popular with couples and cyclists, offers 180 rooms on 12 floors, a lobby with reception and comfortable seating areas, 2 elevators, a panoramic outdoor elevator, a bar with TV, and a restaurant. Outdoors, there is a pool set in a small garden, a sunbathing lawn with loungers and umbrellas, a terrace, and a snack bar. The absolute highlight is the rooftop terrace on the 13th floor, newly created in summer 2020, featuring the "OKUN" Sky Restaurant, the "OKUN" Bar, and a unique view of the beautiful bay of Palma.

The comfortable rooms leave nothing to be desired for a relaxing holiday and are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning/heating (central), safety deposit box (rental), refrigerator, and balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE) can also be booked for an additional charge (room size approx. 18 m²).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
