The recently modernized hotel offers a fantastic view of the unique bay of Palma. The particularly attentive staff warmly welcomes its guests and contributes to a carefree holiday feeling. The elegant hotel features 122 rooms on five floors, a large lobby with a 24-hour reception, two elevators, spacious lounges, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with a beautiful sea view. The outdoor area includes a pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, Bali beds (for a fee), and a pool bar.

The comfortable rooms are bright and tastefully furnished, equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge, TV, safe, and a furnished balcony facing the sea (room size approx. 23m². Room code: DY2).
Also available for single use at an extra charge (DY1).

Suite with sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but with higher-quality furnishings, including a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, and an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (room size approx. 38m², room code: S2M).

Junior Suite with sea view (PMIA95)

Otherwise similarly equipped as the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer a small seating area, coffee and tea making facilities, and a sea view (J2M).

Rich and varied buffets for breakfast and dinner with cold and hot dishes, including show cooking. Occasional theme nights.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
