Location

Located directly in the heart of Playa de Palma, just approx. 300m from the beach and promenade with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. The well-known venues "Bierkönig" and "Oberbayern" are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Palma is approx. 10 km away. A public bus stop is nearby.

Facilities

The hotel will be completely renovated for Summer 2025 and will reopen in a new, elegant style.
It features a lobby with reception, lounges, a mini-market, 2 buffet restaurants, and a bar. The outdoor area boasts a sun terrace with 3 pools, a pool bar, sun loungers, Bali beds, and sunshades. The 300m² roof terrace offers the opportunity to relax in the whirlpool and enjoy a drink with a magnificent view over Playa de Palma (for a fee).

Double room

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms have a shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, smart TV, safe (for a fee), minibar (for a fee), air conditioning/heating, capsule coffee machine, and a balcony (D). Room size approx. 18 sqm.
Also available at an extra charge with pool view (PD), sea view (DM), or for single occupancy (PDE, DEM).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area with an additional sofa bed (JS2). Room size approx. 30 sqm.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
