This may include cabins with separate beds, accessible cabins, cabins with restricted views, or cabins with connecting doors. Therefore, cabin requests cannot be considered in general, and subsequent rebookings or changes are not possible.

Individuals residing in OFAC-sanctioned areas are not permitted to participate in cruises, regardless of their passport or booking through a third party. Nationals of Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Ukraine will only be transported if they can provide proof of permanent residence outside these areas.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a spa tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1 - April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obligated to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
