Located in the north of the island in an exceptionally beautiful setting directly on the sea, between the Bay of Pollença and the Albufereta Nature Park. Numerous shopping and entertainment options are available in Alcudia, approximately 3 km away, and in Port de Pollença, approximately 4 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the complex. The beautiful S'Albufera Nature Park is approximately 8 km away.

The extensive complex covers 85,000 m² and has 532 rooms spread across a main building and several detached villas and terraced bungalows. The main building houses the 24-hour reception with comfortable seating areas, 2 bars, 2 buffet restaurants, and a snack bar (à la carte). The beautiful outdoor area features a total of 4 pools (one of which is heated). Highlights include the innovative Biodesign pool, which blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and impresses with its ecological materials and sustainable design, as well as the adults-only infinity pool. A pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas are also available.

Modernly furnished in warm colors. Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (rental), minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, balcony or terrace (room size approx. 18-22 m², room code: 2PL).
Also available for single occupancy (1PL) and as Type I (DIP) rooms at the daily rate.
From Summer 2026 also bookable on the upper floor (DA).

Double Room Village

Elegantly furnished and spacious, they also offer a sofa bed (room size approx. 40 m², room code: DSU).
Available for single occupancy (DSE) and as Type I (DSI) at the daily rate for an additional charge.
From Summer 2026 also bookable on the lower floor (DAS).

Family Suite Village

With the same amenities as the Double Room Village, these offer a spacious living area and a separate bedroom (approx. 44 m², room code: SF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks, coffee, tea, and cake from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with all meals and at the hotel bar from 10 AM to midnight.
Minibar drinks are replenished once a day. Free use of the safe.

Additional information

A tourist tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
