Location

The spacious resort, particularly popular with German-speaking holidaymakers, is characterized by its prime location. It is situated directly on the fine sandy beach of Sa Coma. The well-maintained beach promenade is ideal for a morning jog, and in the evening, it offers a lovely setting for a sunset stroll. Further entertainment options can be found in the surrounding shops, restaurants, and bars. The airport is approximately 70 km away.

The well-equipped resort with 333 rooms, spread across 2-3 storey residential buildings, invites relaxation in its extensive gardens. The central point of the resort is the main building with a reception, lounge, cafeteria with a seating terrace, and a pool/snackbar. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with several inviting sun terraces, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Separated by a road, the other part of the resort (123 rooms, Garden area) houses the main restaurant with a seating terrace, the themed restaurant "La Finca," the entertainment stage, and additional pools.

Apartment

The apartments are located in the club area and are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds, air conditioning, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, telephone, TV, safe, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. These are situated in the front part of the resort (room size approx. 40m², room code: A12).
Also available with sea view (2AM) and as Type I (A2I) at current daily rates.

Located in the Garden area of the resort with the same amenities as the apartments. These rooms do not have their own garden. (Room size 37 m², room code: A2G)

Studio Garden

Located in the Garden area of the resort. Equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, bath/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. These rooms do not have their own garden (room size approx. 27 m², room code: 2SG).
Also bookable for single use (1SG) at an additional charge.
(Additionally bookable under PMIB12 as Studio (S12/ST2/S11))

Junior Suite

Equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar, a seating area with armchairs and a side table, and a balcony. These are located in the front part of the resort (JS2).

These are generally apartments that may differ in location, size, and amenities from the standard apartments. The assignment is made by the hotelier on-site.

Half Board

Extensive breakfast buffet and a varied cold and hot buffet with show cooking in the evening. Once a week, enjoy a typical Mallorcan dinner. Dinner is also possible in the themed restaurant "La Finca" with a reservation.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style with show cooking. Table wine, beer, water, and soft drinks are included at lunch and dinner. Snacks are available from 10:30 AM to 5 PM at the cafeteria. Ice cream for children from 10 AM to 11:30 PM. National alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (branded drinks available for a supplement) from 10 AM to 11:30 PM at the bar-salon, and from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM at the animation bar. Dinner at the themed restaurant "La Finca" is possible with advance reservation. Wearing an armband is mandatory.

Sports included

Table tennis, beach volleyball, boccia, aerobics, and (water) gymnastics. Fitness room (for ages 18 and over, located in the neighboring Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel).

Sports for a fee

Billiards. Subject to availability: Use of tennis courts (4 clay tennis courts). The nearest golf course is approximately 7 km away.

Children's program

Children aged 2-17 will feel well looked after in the various clubs (Teen club for ages 14-17 only during high season). A children's playground, 2 integrated and 1 separate children's pool (splash pool with a pirate ship), and numerous games and activities ensure that children won't get bored.

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions with Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
