Location

Above the sea in the village of Tolleric on the cliff coast of Cabo Regana, the holiday village is situated in a beautiful green area surrounded by pine trees. A steep staircase (360 steps) leads to a bathing plateau. The long, fine sandy beach of El Arenal/Playa de Palma is about 11 km away.

Facilities

The popular holiday complex comprises 327 accommodation units and consists of 327 bungalows. The club offers its guests a central reception, 3 bars, restaurant, TV room, mini-market and launderette (for a fee). In the beautifully landscaped and spacious outdoor area, there are three freshwater pools, three separate children's pools, a water slide for children up to 12 years old, a renovated bar with a stage and outdoor seating area.

Double Room

The double rooms have been renovated and are functionally furnished with two single beds, shower/WC, and a safe for rent (for a fee) (D). Room size: approx. 14m²

Economy Double Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly smaller and not renovated. They are available at a lower price and with a limited contingent (SSZ). Room size: approx. 12m²

Bungalow

The bungalows are not renovated and are equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, safe (for a fee), and a terrace (BU). Room size: approx. 25m²
Also available with sea view (B2M), with two bedrooms (B24), or for single occupancy (B11) at an additional charge.

Superior Bungalow

With the same amenities as the bungalows, these are renovated (2BU).

With the same amenities as the bungalows, these are larger and more spacious (FB2). Room size: approx. 30m²

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally feature a kitchenette (S12). Room size: approx. 30 m²
Also available with sea view at an additional charge (SM2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks and sandwiches from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ibiza bar, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, and tea at the bars from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM (excluding the disco).
A bracelet must be worn to utilize the all-inclusive services.

Due to its size and gradient, the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are no rooms suitable for disabled guests.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
