Location

Directly on the small sandy beach of Cala Tirant. The extensive, golden-sandy beach of Platges de Fornells is about 200 m away via a wooden walkway along the coast. The center of the quaint fishing village of Fornells is about 3 km away. The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The family-friendly hotel was renovated in 2022 and has 278 rooms spread across 15 buildings with up to three floors. Facilities include a buffet restaurant, the Italian à la carte restaurant "Zia Rosetta", a snack bar, a pool bar, and a splash water park.

Economy Apartment Type A

Bright and friendly furnishings, equipped with a living area and separate bedroom, air conditioning, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, TV, safe (rental), telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (room size approx. 33 sqm, room code 2AL).
Also available at an additional charge as Economy Apartment Type B with an east-facing balcony for fantastic sunrises (room code SAB). These room types are located in the club area of the complex.

Superior Apartment Type A

With the same amenities, these are tastefully renovated and furnished to a higher standard and are located in the club area of the complex (room code R2A). Also available at an additional charge as Superior Apartment Type B in a preferred location (room code UA2) or with a side sea view (room code SAT).

Rich breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), varied buffet with hot and cold dishes and show cooking for lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Dinner can also be enjoyed at the Italian à la carte restaurant "Zia Rosetta" (reservations required). Snacks are available during the day from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM. Sweet snacks, cakes, and pastries are available at the snack bar from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are served from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the bars currently open. Wearing a wristband is mandatory for using the all-inclusive services.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a resort fee, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
