The popular mid-range hotel has a total of 132 rooms on 6 floors. Facilities include an entrance area with a reception, hotel safe (for a fee), lifts, a restaurant and a cozy lounge area with seating. On the roof there is a heated freshwater swimming pool (April, May and October), a sun terrace with sun loungers (beach towels for a deposit) and a pool bar (on the 6th floor of the hotel).

These are the same rooms as the double rooms but at a special price and with a limited contingent (SSZ).
