The complex is only approx. 5 km from Punta de Chullera beach. Marbella is about 50 km away. A small supermarket is located near the complex. Manilva is approx. 7 km away, and Estepona, with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, is approx. 17 km away.

Built in the style of an Andalusian village, the complex features a total of 328 accommodation units, a reception area with a front desk, a restaurant, and a bar/cafeteria. The attractively designed outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool, a separate family pool, a sun terrace (sun loungers and umbrellas included), and a pool/snack bar.

The apartments (1 bedroom) are attractively furnished, with bath/WC, living/sleeping area with sofa bed, separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, and terrace (A12).
