The complex has a total of 216 residential units as well as a large reception hall with a reception, Wi-Fi (included), bar (non-smoking) and a restaurant (non-smoking) as well as an à la carte beach restaurant (for a fee, from approx. April-September). In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (non-heated freshwater) and pool bar (seasonal opening). Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool.

Apartment with side sea view

The apartments with side sea view are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, living/sleeping area (with sofa bed) and a separate bedroom, kitchenette, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, safe (included), balcony or terrace and side sea view (2AS). Apartments with 2 bedrooms and side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (23S).

Studio with side sea view

The studios with side sea view have the same amenities as the apartments, but with only a living/sleeping area, no separate bedroom (M2S). (Also bookable under AGPA13 as Studio Type A (S12,STI,AST,BST,S13,CST) ).

These apartments, approx. 45 m², have a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, TV, telephone, kitchenette, hairdryer and air conditioning, as well as a balcony or terrace (A12,A2S,A13,KA5,K34,A14,AA4,A12,AA2,K1A,KA2). Alternatively, apartments with 2 bedrooms can also be booked (A22/A2T/A23/A24/A25,AA4,A3I,K21,A26,A22,K25,K22).
