Location

The Hotel Occidental Torremolinos Playa is situated on a property of approx. 34,000 m², opposite the approx. 1.5 km long and approx. 60 m wide sandy beach "Los Álamos", and only about 10 minutes from the center of Torremolinos. A public transport stop and the regional train to Malaga are within walking distance. Malaga International Airport is approx. 5 km from the hotel.

The 4-star hotel has 508 rooms in the main and in the annex buildings. Facilities include a reception area with a 24-hour reception, lobby with seating areas, elevator, luggage storage room, reading and TV lounge, event room, buffet restaurant "Mediterraneo" (with show cooking), à la carte restaurant (open from 1 PM to 3 PM, Wednesday to Sunday, seasonal opening), lobby bar (open from 6 PM to 12 AM, All-Inclusive service from 6 PM to 12 AM). In the well-maintained outdoor area with garden, you will find the "Sun & Chill Garden Zone" with sun loungers, the "Breeze" sun terrace, two swimming pools (freshwater), and the "Breeze" pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests at the pool areas (at a charge on the beach, offered by local providers). Access to the beach is open daily from 8 AM to 12 AM via the "Breeze" terrace doors.

The double rooms are located in the main building and are approx. 22 m² in size. They feature a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and complimentary toiletries, two single beds (twin), air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, minibar (for a fee), telephone, satellite TV (Smart TV, international channels), Wi-Fi (included), wake-up service, and a furnished terrace or balcony (D). Also bookable as a single room (DE). Double rooms with side sea view are available at an extra charge (DMS).

Family Room

The family rooms are located in the "Village" (1st or 2nd floor, no elevator) or in the "Splash" zone (elevator available) and are approx. 26 m² in size. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they feature a sofa bed and a bathroom with a bathtub (in the "Splash") or a shower (in the "Village"), and an additional sofa bed (140 cm) (DF2).

Family Room Deluxe

The Family Rooms Deluxe are located in the "Village" zone (ground floor or 1st floor, no elevator), are approx. 32m² in size, and feature a living/sleeping area (dividable by a sliding door) with two single beds (twin) and a sofa bed for two people (200 cm), a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning (hot/cold), safe, minibar (for a fee), telephone, satellite TV (Smart TV, international channels), Wi-Fi (included), and a small balcony or terrace (2DF).

Superior Double Room

At approx. 26 m², these rooms are slightly larger than the standard double rooms and feature a sofa bed for a third person (DSU).

Superior Family Room (AGPA86)

The Superior Family Rooms are approx. 38 m² and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), bath/WC, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace (F2U).

Junior Suite (AGPA86)

The Junior Suites offer approx. 40 m² of space and a sleeping area separated by a sliding door, and a terrace with a Bali bed and seating (JS2).

B&B/Half Board/All Inclusive

Breakfast from 8 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 9:30 PM (in July and August from 7:30 PM to 10 PM) served as a buffet. Meals are served in the "Mediterraneo" buffet restaurant. A themed buffet is offered for dinner in between.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 8 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 9:30 PM (in July and August from 7:30 PM to 10 PM) served as a buffet. A themed buffet is offered for dinner in between. Snacks (pastries, sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, a selection of fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and mineral water) are included from 10 AM to 1 PM and from 3 PM to 7:30 PM. All meals and snacks are served in the "Mediterraneo" buffet restaurant. Selected local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with meals (breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, various juices, and mineral water; lunch/dinner: mineral water, red, white, and rosé wine, beer, and soft drinks) and from 10 AM to 12 AM at the respective open bars (soft drinks, coffee, tea, cocktail of the day, sangria, and local alcoholic beverages) are included. For stays of 5 nights or more (only when booking All-Inclusive), one dinner per stay and person can be converted to the "My BBQ Evening" offer (valid only for July/August). All-Inclusive guests receive discounted prices; reservations must be made in advance between 8 AM and 4 PM at the "Welcome Desk" of the buffet restaurant.

Important Information about All Inclusive

- The All-Inclusive service is valid from 10 AM to 12 AM.
- The bars are open until midnight.
- The All-Inclusive service times may change without prior notice and depending on the season (at the hotel's discretion).
- An All-Inclusive wristband will be issued at reception upon arrival for identification of the services offered.
- Drinks are for individual consumption, with a maximum of 1 drink per order and per person issued with the signature of the hotel guest.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse the All-Inclusive service to hotel guests if the well-being of other guests is disturbed.
