The complex, renovated in 2025, consists of several buildings and has 261 units, a reception hall with a reception desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and several bars and restaurants. The outdoor area features two swimming pools (one freshwater and one saltwater pool), an adults-only pool including a pool bar, a separate children's pool, and a splash park, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool bar.
