Located directly on the sandy beach of Costa Calma (partially interrupted by cliffs and rock formations). The shopping center "Centro Comercial Sotavento" is nearby. The airport is approximately 62 km away.

Well-known and very popular holiday complex, consisting of 6 building sections with a total of 310 accommodation units. Facilities include a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, restaurant, snack bar, mini-market, boutique, theatre, and 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), one with entertainment and one quiet pool (seasonally open) with sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available.

The modern apartments are equipped with a combined living/bedroom with a sleeping facility for the 3rd/4th person, separate bedroom, satellite flat-screen TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with bathtub/WC, rental safe, and balcony or terrace. Apartment size approx. 54 sqm (AA2). Also available for single occupancy (AA1), as single/child (AAK) occupancy, or bookable as Type B (AB2 - different occupancy).

Apartment Sea View

The apartments are equipped like the Type A apartments and additionally offer sea view (partially also side sea view) - (AC2). Also bookable for single occupancy (AC1) or as single/child (ACK) occupancy.

Super Saver Apartment

These are equipped like the Type A apartments, but have a limited quota and are located in a less desirable area. (SSA).

Apartment (FUEA06/FUEB20)

The comfortably furnished apartments have a bathroom or shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds (each 1.60m long), a separate bedroom, telephone, TV, kitchenette, rental safe, and balcony or terrace. Optionally also bookable with sea view (2AM), for single use (A11) or as a saver apartment (SSA max. 2 adults).
(Apartment 1 bedroom under FUEB20 bookable as single use (A11) or single+child (A1K)).

Meals

Half Board

Breakfast and dinner in a varied buffet format (dinner served in 2 seatings). From 10 AM to 10:30 AM, a reduced late risers' breakfast is available.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet format with hot and cold dishes. (Dinner served in 2 seatings). Drinks at the restaurant include house wine, beer, table water, juices, and soft drinks.
A selection of good national/local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the AI menu available at the bar from 11 AM to 11 PM. International drinks are also available (not included in AI, but AI guests receive a special price). In the afternoon, portioned ice cream, sandwiches, and cakes are served at specific times.
The AI service is person-specific and therefore non-transferable. To avoid misunderstandings with orders, wearing the bracelets visibly is mandatory. Please place drink orders individually and only per person.
Children under 18 years of age will not be served alcohol. Fitness room included (for ages 18 and over).

Sports included

Sports activities within the entertainment program (ages 18+): introductory diving in the pool, water polo, beach volleyball, foot tennis, shuffleboard, boccia, darts, west coast hike, aerobics, fitness program, spinning, and table tennis.

3 artificial turf tennis courts (2 with floodlights), as well as tennis lessons and a diving school. Fitness room (ages 18+, included with All Inclusive).
Surf station, various water sports at the beach offered by local providers for a fee.

Children's program

Children's entertainment, mini-club (ages 3-11) and teen club (ages 12-17) during German school holidays. Children's pool and playground. High chairs available in the restaurant.
