On the outskirts of the small fishing village of El Cotillo in the northwest of the island.
The beach with several bays is approx. 300 m away and is ideal for surfing.
A promenade, a small fishing harbor, several restaurants, and a supermarket are nearby.
The airport is approx. 45 km away.

The hotel complex, modernized in 2021, offers 152 rooms, a spacious reception area with a reception desk and lift, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a buffet restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers, and a pool bar/snack bar.
The hotel also features a rooftop terrace with a bar (open in the evenings) and live music several times a week at certain times.

Equipped the same as the double rooms, with the additional feature of a pool view (PD). Also bookable for single use (PDE).

Family Room

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but more spacious (DF2).

Double Room Premium

Equipped the same as the double rooms, additionally with bathrobe and slippers, pool towels, welcome drink upon arrival at the pool bar, and a welcome package in the room with 2 coffee capsules, 1 bottle of water, 2 soft drinks, 2 beers, 1 small bottle of wine, and several snacks (DSU).
Also bookable with pool view at an additional charge (PPD).
