The 2- to 3-story building, built on a gentle slope, with 295 residential units, features a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a cozy lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool and a children's pool (heated in winter), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar.

Accommodation

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are newly and modernly furnished and feature a living area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet and hairdryer.
Some rooms have a large shower and others have a bathtub with a shower head (depending on availability upon arrival/only a non-binding customer request can be made here), 2 flat-screen TVs (standard flat-screen TV in the sleeping area, Smart TV in the living area), telephone (for a fee), rental safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), balcony or terrace (JS2).
Also bookable as a single occupancy (JS1) or with a side sea view (J2S/J1S).

XTRA Junior Suite Pool/Sea View

Same amenities as the Junior Suites, but with pool/sea view (PMJ), and amenities such as pool towels and bathrobes are provided.

Junior Suite Terrace

The Junior Suites are invitingly furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for an extra person, a separate bedroom, Smart TV, rental safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet and hairdryer, as well as a furnished terrace (TJS).
