Situated above the kilometer-long Esquinzo sandy beach, on a gentle slope.
The beach is approx. 350 m away (gentle slope), the Jandia resort area is approx. 6 km away, and the fishing village of Morro Jable is about 10 km away (local bus connection on the main road).
The airport is approx. 77 km away.

The complex, with its individual living character, comprises 141 accommodation units with a central reception (German-speaking), a cozy lounge, bar, restaurant, and a small supermarket.
The outdoor area features a swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas. Beach towels are available for a deposit/exchange fee at the hotel.
Accommodation can be in either the Monte del Mar or Esquinzo section.

Duplex Apartments

Equipped the same as the apartments, with the difference that the bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor, accessible via stairs (DU2).
