This small, comfortable duplex complex is situated on a slight incline above the sandy beach of Jandia.
The beach is approximately 150 m away, accessible via stairs and a short walk. Shops, entertainment, restaurants, and bars are about 500 meters away.
The airport is located approx. 83 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained complex comprises 27 units and a reception desk (open for limited hours during the day) with a small lounge area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.
The outdoor area features a sun terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.
Bathrobes and beach towels are available for a deposit.

The duplex apartments are bright and modernly furnished. The lower level features a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for an extra person, a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe for rent, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. Upstairs, accessible by stairs, you'll find the bedroom with air conditioning, another bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with sea views (QX2).
