Location

The kilometer-long, wide sandy beach of Playa de Jandia is only approx. 300 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot by crossing the coastal road.
Numerous shops and entertainment facilities, as well as restaurants and bars, are located in the immediate vicinity.
The fishing village of Morro Jable is approx. 1.5 km away and the airport is approx. 83 km away.

The complex, built in a terraced style and situated on a gentle slope, has 40 studios spread over 3 floors (without elevator).
It also offers a reception (open for a few hours during the day), free Wi-Fi areas, a swimming pool, a large sun terrace with loungers and fixed sunshades, and a pool/snackbar.

Are functionally furnished and feature a combined living/sleeping area, a built-in bench seat (sleeping space for an extra person), and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker, free satellite TV, a safe for rent, a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace.
Some studios offer limited sea views (S12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (S11).
