The hotel complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the magnificent dune landscape. To the beach of Playa del Inglés approx. 900 m (free shuttle bus daily, at specific times/subject to availability).
To the shopping and entertainment center "Cita" approx. 300 m.

The hotel has 410 rooms on 5 floors, a reception hall with reception, lobby bar with terrace, elevators, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel included, conference room (for a fee, subject to availability and reservation), buffet restaurant with terrace, "Food Corner" with an outdoor terrace.
In the approx. 7,000 m² garden area with subtropical vegetation, there are 2 swimming pools (one heated), sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas (subject to availability), a pool bar, and a self-service drink station. There is also a small water park with slides, splash zone, pool, and baby pool, as well as a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas.
On the rooftop terrace, there is a small FKK (nudist) area (ages 18+).
