The hotel is located at the beginning of Playa del Inglés, only approx. 300 m from a bay, from which the large and well-known Playa del Inglés beach can also be reached (bay and beach accessible via stairs).
Restaurants, bars, bus stops, and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is approximately 29 km away.

The hotel has a total of 404 rooms, spread over 7 floors with elevators, a reception hall with a bar, buffet restaurant, and terrace.
