The apartment building, newly constructed in 2021, is located just approx. 300 meters from the well-known Las Canteras beach.
In the surrounding area, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as bus connections and the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium.
The airport is approx. 25 km away.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The inviting apartments (up to approx. 75 sqm) feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sleeping facility for the 3rd person, free Smart TV, a separate bedroom, air conditioning (free/centrally controlled), a fully equipped open kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, a small dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony (A12).
Also bookable for single use (A11).

2 Bedroom Apartment

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom apartments, but more spacious (approx. 90 sqm) with an additional 2nd separate bedroom (A22).
Also bookable as type I with a limited contingent at a special price (22I).

Equipped the same as the 2-bedroom apartments, but more spacious (approx. 106 sqm) with an additional 3rd separate bedroom and another bathroom, spread over two levels (stairs available). (DU3)
