The complex is located in a quiet environment, approximately 2 km from the fine sandy dune beach of Maspalomas.
A golf course is located in the immediate vicinity (green fee discounts). Free shuttle transfer to Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas is available (several times a day/subject to availability).

The main building houses the reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a restaurant, and a mini-market.
The well-maintained, spacious outdoor area features 2 large swimming pools (one heated in winter), a children's pool, sun terrace with loungers, fixed sunshades, and a pool bar, as well as a children's playground.

Accommodation

1 Bedroom Bungalow

The bungalows, renovated in 2021/21, are brightly and functionally furnished and measure approx. 37 m².
The lower level includes a living room (sofa bed for 3rd person), ceiling fan, telephone, free satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a small furnished front garden.
The first floor features an open-plan bedroom, a rental safe, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a small balcony (B12).
Also bookable for single use (B11).
(Additionally bookable under LPAA07 as Bungalow (BU) and 2-Bedroom Bungalow (B22)).

Equipped the same as the 1 Bedroom Bungalows, but with pool or garden view (B2B).
Also available for single use (B1B).

Superior Bungalow (LPAA07)

These are approx. 37 m² and, with otherwise similar amenities to the Bungalow Plus, additionally offer air conditioning and are located in a quieter area overlooking the golf course (2BU). Also bookable with two bedrooms (22U).
