Location

Located on the southern tip of Gran Canaria, within a 100-year-old palm oasis by the Atlantic, on the edge of the Maspalomas dunes, approx. 70 m from the beach.
Bars, restaurants, shops, and a promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is about 35 km away.

Facilities

The design hotel with 328 rooms, spread over 7 floors, features a lobby with reception, elevator, lounge bar, main restaurant with terrace, an Italian à la carte restaurant "Il Giardino", and a Spanish tapas and wine restaurant "La Bodega" (both open seasonally and at extra charge), library with PCs and free Wi-Fi, boutiques, and a hairdresser.
In the extensive palm oasis, there is a pool (heated in winter), a spacious sun terrace with loungers, cushions, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snackbar.
In a separate area, there is a children's playground, baby pool, and a children's fun pool (heated in winter).

The rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the entrance side.
Tastefully and comfortably equipped with carpet (approx. 33 m²), air conditioning, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), Smart TV, telephone, bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (DA).

Equipped like the double rooms, but located on the 2nd to 5th floor with coffee and tea making facilities and garden, pool, or sea view (DB).

Equipped like the Double Rooms Superior, additionally with an espresso machine and a daily German newspaper.
In a prime location, on the 5th to 7th floor with garden, pool, or sea view (DC).

Junior Suite

Equipped like the Double Rooms Deluxe, additionally featuring an open combined sleeping and living area (approx. 48 m²), bathroom with shower (partially with bathtub), espresso machine, and offering garden, pool, or sea view (JS2).
